Thank you for subscribing to AgentNovus. Our goal is to provide a valuable service that supports your business as an insurance agent. This policy outlines the terms regarding the cancellation of your AgentNovus subscription and our policy on refunds.
This policy applies to all subscription services purchased directly through the AgentNovus website, operated by The Lead Standard ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to AgentNovus ("the Service"), you ("the Customer," "you") agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Subscription Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your AgentNovus subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account billing settings or by sending a clear cancellation request to our support team.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the Service until that time.
Refund Policy
We offer a straightforward refund policy. Please review the following conditions carefully.
a. General Policy
AgentNovus is a month-to-month subscription service with no long-term commitment required for standard plans. Due to the nature of the service, we have a no-refund policy for fees already paid.
Past Payments: Subscription fees for past months are non-refundable.
Current Month's Service: When you cancel, you are canceling future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of your current billing period.
b. Non-Refundable Charges
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
Monthly Subscription Fees: Payments made for any month of service, including the month in which you cancel, are non-refundable.
Promotional and Discounted Plans: If you purchased a subscription under a promotional rate or a discounted package (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month prepaid plans), these purchases are non-refundable. These plans are offered at a significant discount in exchange for a term commitment, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the term.
Annual and Lifetime Plans: All fees for annual or lifetime access plans are non-refundable.
Usage-Based Fees: Any charges incurred for usage-based services (such as SMS/MMS credits, phone calls, or bulk email sends) are non-refundable as these reflect direct costs incurred by us to third-party providers.
Violations of Terms of Service: Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
c. Exceptions
In rare instances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund if the Service is proven to be non-operational or defective and we are unable to provide a remedy in a timely manner. Any such exception does not create an obligation to issue a refund in any other situation.
The Refund Process
Should a refund be issued at our discretion, we will process the reimbursement within 14 business days of the decision. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees for such a reimbursement.
